Have you heard the great news? If not let me feel you in! The man behind Beyoncé’s flawless face Sir John is dropping a Lion King collaboration with Luminess Cosmetics. Everyone knows I am totally obsessed with every collaboration that Sir John does, not to mention I had the chance to interview him a while back for Clutch Your Closet. The line is complete with names and locations based on the original (1994) film. The remarkable remake which includes Beyonce as Nala is set to debut in theatres July 19, 2019.

Since I know all of you makeup lovers will be rushing to purchase the collection online at luminessbeauty.com on June 15 and online at ulta.com/ disney.com on June 16, let me inform you of the products. The collection includes the “Can’t Wait to Be Queen eyeshadow palette” with twelve colors mixed with matte and shimmer shadows. It is the perfect everyday nude bronze palette to give you a great summer glow. It does have a blue and green shade to die for that’s perfect for date night. The contour palate ( The Kingdom Sculpting Palette) is like any other contour palette, but I would buy it just to have the whole collection. The highlighter is a pretty gold bronze shade that is not overpowering. It looks like it gives you just the right amount of glow. If you are wondering about the price point of the collection well you definitely won’t break the bank. The price point of the collection ranges between $24-$42 dollars. The cheapest items are the lipsticks, which are totally worth the price.

The lipsticks are what I love most about the collection. The four lipsticks are the perfect shades for the collection. You have a red color called Lion Mane, Pounce which is a brown shade that can transition into the fall season. Both shades are matte. Then you have two liquid lipstick shades called Romantic Atmosphere and trouble. Trouble is a chocolate brown which was probably the shade Beyonce wore to the wearable art gala that her mother Tina Knowles hosted last week. Romantic Atmosphere is a brick red color that you can wear year round. If you are not a lipstick person don’t fear, of course Sir added a gloss for you. There is a rosy everyday lip balm to feed your fancy.

Now, that I have given you all of the deets will you be purchasing? I sure will! Be on the lookout for more inspiring looks using the collection by visiting Beyoncé’s Instagram. In the meantime check out the collection on Beyonce at the Wearable Art Gala.

Until Next Time,
